Custom leverless controller studio · B2B

Custom leverless controllers for creators, teams and brands — designed and built in-house.

Hitbox Works builds hitbox-style fight controllers from the board up: our own Fighting Board PCB running GP2040-CE, our own custom-tooled switches, CNC aluminum enclosures and factory-applied artwork — delivered as talent models, team editions and private-label runs.

The lineup

Custom runs start from our flagship hardware.

Every program is built on a base model we already design, machine and ship. These four lead the line — full specifications for all models are on the capabilities page.

Flagship · Full CNC Aluminum
Elite X1 leverless controller

Elite X1

Our flagship base: a full CNC aluminum build with a premium feel, an A4-class footprint that is hard to find at this size, a magnetic back cover and a customizable button layout.

M16 sloped aluminum leverless controller

M16

A sloped CNC aluminum unibody where most rivals stay flat — a natural wrist angle for long desk sessions, per-key backlight, app-controlled side-panel LED and a mini OLED display. Panda V1 1.2 mm tactile switches with our in-house HP nylon keycaps.

M5 split-layout leverless controller

M5

Direction and attack clusters physically separated for a natural wrist angle, with enlarged thumb and pinky keys. Used by pro player Raihan at Capcom Cup with a Top 16 finish — non-sponsored, the player's own choice of gear. 0.5 mm 霞軸 linear switches.

M3 Pro

A full CNC aluminum unibody including the top panel, in an anodized brushed finish with laser-engraved key zones. PBT dye-sublimated keycaps whose legends never fade; 霞軸 or Panda V2 switches, selectable per run.

Value line

An entry tier for large-batch giveaways and events.

Not every run needs CNC aluminum. For tournament prizes, community giveaways, campaign merchandise and other volume projects, our acrylic-bodied entry models keep budget-friendly custom runs on the table — same PCB, same firmware, same factory-applied artwork.

Value Line Lead · Translucent Shell
Kylinix T16 translucent leverless controller

Kylinix T16

A slim 16-button leverless in a translucent shell — clear white or clear black — running our 0.5 mm 霞軸 linear switch on the classic T16 layout. A thin body with a large panel leaves generous artwork area; PC and dedicated PS5-compatible (tested) versions. The natural pick for large-batch giveaway and event runs.

S15 & Plus D16

The S15 offers a roomier button spacing that many players find more comfortable over long sessions. The Plus D16 wraps the acrylic build in an aluminum outer frame for a solid, one-piece feel — while the acrylic top stays warm to the touch in winter. Panel art, colorways and firmware go through the same process as flagship builds.

Why it's different

A maker, not a trading company.

Every layer that matters is ours to change — which is exactly what a custom program needs. Our consumer line is sold in Japan under the TIKITAKA FTG brand; this studio applies the same stack to your project.

01

Our own PCB

The Fighting Board is our board — Raspberry Pi Pico running GP2040-CE — so input handling, profiles and platform behavior are under our control, not a supplier's.

02

Configurable firmware

Button mapping and profiles configured per run. SOCD cleaning support, designed to meet major tournament guidelines — and no input-automation functions of any kind.

CNC aluminum builds

Unibody CNC aluminum enclosures with anodized brushed or UV-coated finishes — a real canvas for team colorways and laser-engraved logos.

04

Custom-tooled switches

Our own switch specs on dedicated Gateron and Kailh tooling — from a 0.5 mm high-sensitivity linear to a full-POM silent tactile — hot-swappable across the aluminum lineup.

Factory-applied artwork

Talent and brand artwork printed and applied in production — panel art, colorways and engraving handled as part of the build, not an aftermarket sticker.

Competition pedigree

The split-layout M5 was used by pro player Raihan at Capcom Cup, reaching a Top 16 finish — non-sponsored, the player's own choice of gear. The same hardware is available for your program.

Programs

Three ways to run a custom build.

P1

VTuber & streamer talent models

A signature controller for each talent: artwork panel, colorway, engraving and firmware configured around the talent's identity.

Agencies & MCNs
P2

Esports team editions

Team-color builds with engraved logos and per-player button mapping, on the same hardware we ship to the fighting-game community.

Teams & orgs
P3

Brand collabs & private label

IP collab editions and private-label runs on proven base models, with custom packaging direction confirmed per project.

The stack

Everything custom starts from parts we own.

Because the PCB, firmware, switches and enclosures are developed in-house, a custom run changes design files — not suppliers.

  • Fighting Board PCB — Raspberry Pi Pico + GP2040-CE, deeply configurable.
  • Custom switch line — 0.5 mm linear on Gateron tooling; silent tactile and fast linear on Kailh tooling.
  • Hot-swap everywhere — the current aluminum lineup ships with hot-swappable sockets.
  • Online customizer — supported base models can be configured visually before the RFQ.
  • In market today — our consumer line is sold in Japan under the TIKITAKA FTG brand.

How a build runs

Spec → render → sample → batch.

01 / SPEC

Scope the build

Base model, batch size, custom scope and target date — the RFQ form captures it in one pass.

02 / RENDER

Approve the design

We turn artwork and colorway direction into build renders for sign-off before anything is made.

03 / SAMPLE

Check the sample

A pre-production unit for the agency, team or brand to verify in hand before the run.

04 / BATCH

Build & deliver

Production run with per-unit checks, then delivery. MOQ, pricing and lead time confirmed per project.

Buyer questions

Asked before most projects start.

Do you publish MOQ or pricing?

No. MOQ, pricing and lead time are confirmed per project on request, once base model, batch size, custom scope and destination are clear.

Which platforms are supported?

Depending on the base model: PC, Nintendo Switch, PS3 and PS4, with dedicated PS5-compatible (tested) models. The bare Fighting Board PCB needs an additional authentication device for PS5 and does not support Xbox.

Can you produce our talent's artwork?

Yes — artwork panels are factory-printed and factory-applied, with laser engraving on aluminum. You must hold the rights to any artwork you supply.

Tell us about the run you have in mind.

Organization type, batch size, base model, custom scope — that's enough for us to come back with a concrete build path.
