Custom programsTalent models, team editions and private-label runs all draw on the same in-house stack — our PCB, our firmware, our switches, CNC aluminum and factory-applied artwork. What changes is who the build is for.
For agencies and MCNs, hardware is identity: a talent model turns a controller into part of the character — the artwork panel, the colorway, the engraved mark, even the lighting mood on stream. We build these as small dedicated runs per talent, so each model stays personal without inventory risk.
The M3's acrylic top panel is our most-used artwork canvas, with CNC aluminum models covering premium tiers. Firmware is configured per run, and hot-swap sockets let each talent tune key feel later without tools or soldering.
Team editions are built on the same models our fighting-game customers play daily — including the split-layout M5, used by pro player Raihan at Capcom Cup with a Top 16 finish (non-sponsored — the player's own choice of gear). Team colors go on through anodizing or UV coating, logos through laser engraving, and each player's mapping is configured in firmware.
Because SOCD cleaning support is built in and our firmware carries no input-automation functions, the builds are designed to meet major tournament guidelines — though we always tell teams to confirm the ruleset of their specific event rather than take anyone's word for it.
For game and anime IP brands, a collab edition puts your rights-cleared artwork on a proven controller instead of a from-scratch gamble. For private-label buyers, the same base models carry your brand entirely — artwork, engraving, packaging and firmware configured to your line.
One firm boundary: you must hold the rights to any artwork or IP you supply, and we make no licensing claims on your behalf. Our job is the hardware — panel printing, finishes, engraving, mapping, packaging — done as small runs first so you can test the market before scaling. MOQ and terms are confirmed per project on request.
Agency, team or brand — send organization type, batch size and custom scope, and we will come back with a build path and the questions that matter.
